Moore Stephens was founded in London in 1907. Today, the UK network has over 1,400 partners and staff.
Moore Stephens in Northern Ireland is an independent member firm of Moore Stephens International Limited which is one of the world's Top 20
Accounting and Consulting Networks with 539 offices in 93 countries worldwide. The firm in Northern Ireland adopted the name Moore Stephens
on 1st May 1998 as a result of a change in practice name from Witt Thornton.
Our philosophy has been to develop to cater for our clients' needs whenever required, but not to grow for the sake of size alone.
Our growth has been mainly organic rather than through major mergers. We are small enough to provide a personal service
but large enough to have available specialist expertise in all areas.
Our internal structure, with a high ratio of partners to staff, enables clients to benefit from quick partner response, with fully
briefed back-up partners and senior managers always available in the absence of the main partner contact.
The Moore Stephens International network is now one of the
leading international accounting and consulting networks outside the Big 4, comprising 539 offices of member and correspondent firms
in 93 countries worldwide, involving over 15,000 partners, principals and staff.
